probably something ive overlooked but just got home from 12 hour shift

finished my build in progress

plug it in and hook up monitor

everything lights up, fans spin up

no signal to monitor (no gpu installed)

everything lights up? like even the hdd light is flickering as if an os is being booted etc? Could be a busted backlight

does mother board have a onboard gpu?
check monitor source (in its settings) also reset cmos if it does have an onboard gpu.

Also while i'm here does the motherboards revision support said cpu? as in did it say it may require a cpu upgrade when assembling in pcpartpicker?

that's another common issue but i don't think that can be the issue if everything was lighting up including the formerly inquired hdd light..

we still don't know if the thing even has a hdd led let alone if its lighting.

my mobo does have integrated graphics (based on cpu)
