I'm kinda new to all this, but im trying to learn it. So my gpu fan doesnt spin for some reason. And also my fan #3 for my motherboard seems kinda odd.
The computer is just slightly warm, but nothing near abnormal (to me at least).
Everything functions great and games runs smooth. (Rocket League and League of Legends mainly)

But the fan not operating correctly kinda bothers me. Any ideas?

both games you listed aren't even appetizers for a 980 ti so probably they aren't even warming it up enough for the fans to spin up.

Well my old computer struggled with Witcher and Fallout when I played them. So should I try something more intense just to see if it makes a difference?

edit : I've just been afraid to push it since it doesn't rotate at all

i suspect the fans won't kick on until 60 celsius
the temp being 59c in your ss supports that

Try turning the fan on manually?

I would use nividia control panel to adjust when your fans kick on, set it to something really low and see if they even turn on
