My game was running fine, then i upgraded to windows 10 and it has become unplayable. 4000+ ms and game freezes whenever i get into combat. When it's running well, i have about 300 ms and a 1-2 second delay on every action. I'm currently trying to reinstall the game to see if that helps, but I don't know what else to do. Any ideas?

i did try just copying the files onto an external when i reformatted, so maybe that was it. but i have no idea why that would cause latency issues

Type this in chat:

Code
/console SpellQueueWindow 60

Where 60 is the ms input.
Default by blizzard: 400ms.

Change the number until it feels right to you.
Its not your ping. For example Ive got 20ms ping and Im using 130ms input delay, so find out the right value for you.

It's straight up lag though...the game will just freeze for 2-3 minutes and then I'll die by the time it unfreezes (everything running in place etc)

These are the results from the tests they said to run on their site.

And here are their examples

Does this mean I have 100% packet loss at certain times?
