NVIDIA Web Helper.exe *32
nvtray.exe
NVDisplay.Container.exe
nvcontainer.exe *32

These couple tasks are eating up memory. Not a lot but enough to make me wonder if I can safely end these tasks and still have a fully functioning computer.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you

The only ones you really need are...

nvvsvc.exe <--- x2

nvxdsync.exe

Maybe do this, so we are all on the same page...

Get SPECCY here: http://www.piriform.com/speccy/download
...get the FREE version from the: Piriform Link
...Speccy is a really nice system hardware/temperature, information Utility.
...simply install it...and run the program...then post a screen shot of the main page of the program, when posting a problem/question on these forums.

I would just do this:

DDU Instructions - Nvidia
1. Get this program, here: http://www.wagnardmobile.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=144 ...from the "Official Download Here" link, and save it to your desktop.
2. Get your vid card driver here, use the Manual Search: http://www.geforce.com/drivers ...save this to your desktop.
3. Run DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) choose the "Highly Recommend Option", and just do what it tells you. If it wants to go into "Safe Mode", let it.
4. After it's done and comp has rebooted to normal mode, just double click the Nvidia driver to install.
5. Choose: Custom Install and uncheck everything except the Graphics driver, HD Audio, and PhysX.
6. Put a check mark in the little box that says Perform a Clean Install. If it want's to reboot, let it.

/e I'm also on Win 7 with an Nvidia card. Here is my Task Manager

/ee Newer drivers than mine, MAY have an extra "process" or two, but they should be similar.

Let's hide our process Id's guys. Super sekrit stuff.

@OP, why do you even want to close those processes. They likely are not effecting your performance in any substantial way.
