I want to build myself a new computer and of course I want to research the hell out of every part before I do.
I am in a toss up between a Ryzen 7 or i7 7th gen, but that is irrelevant for the question at hand.

I do plan on gaming and I won't be overclocking.
If it matters, I want the components to either be white or red.
Price of course is a concern, but I am not afraid to pay for the right part.
I have always been of the mind that liquid cooling, if you are not overclocking, was not needed and only for show. I do want my new computer to look good but my knowledge on liquid cooling is lacking. So, I looked into some traditional heat sink/fans and landed on this one.

Noctua NH-D15

But man, is it ugly. Not cheap either.

Which of course then lead me down the rabbit hole of closed loop AIO water cooling.
Found this which kind of peaked my interest (and would match the brand case I am leaning towards) but started reading the reviews and it seems God awful. Almost solidifying my fears of liquid cooling.

NZXT Kraken X61

And I am no closer to any decision, so I am passing it off to you guys. I need some opinions or thoughts. Maybe some examples of what you guys are running. Thanks in advanced.

Not seeing it clearly listed on the product pages, but is it safe to assume they come with stock coolers?

Also, would the stock coolers be comparable to a cheap Thermaltake cooler?
