I'm basically starting up a job that will require me to travel between a couple different places on a month to month basis, and I'm looking into laptops that are decent at gaming.
It doesn't have to play on high graphics or anything super ultra type stuff. I generally play World of Warcraft, some Everquest and League of Legends.
I'm wondering what computer savvy people think is a decent laptop in the 500-1,000 price range that can handle my gaming habits while on the move.

I feel these two are your best options for specs for the value:
Dell Inspiron 7567
http://www.dell.com/en-us/member/shop/productdetails/inspiron-15-7567-laptop/fncwf514s
Use coupon code April50Off to bring the total down to $783.
ASUS FX502VM
https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=1TS-001A-00487&ignorebbr=1
If you're willing to spend more. Less powerful CPU and worse battery life than the Dell Inspiron 7567, but double the ram and better dedicated GPU.
Both these laptops use TN panels I believe. I know the Dell Inspiron 7567 does for sure.
Other options:
Acer VX15
https://www.amazon.com/Acer-Aspire-Gaming-GeForce-VX5-591G-54VG/dp/B01MR82G0W/
Lenovo Y520
https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834332753
Largest storage out of what I've linked.
Both these laptops use IPS panels. The Acer VX15 should have the better battery life between these two options.
If battery life matters to you, this should be an accurate rating in order of best battery life to worst: Dell Inspiron 7567 -> Acer VX15 -> Lenovo Y520 -> Asus FX502VM

Dell Inspiron 7567
There is a pretty noticeable difference between the 1050 and 1050 ti.
