Basically it goes like this.... my videos on my iphone 6 look really good quality wise that I have taken of random things etc... also have taken videos with a really high tech camera

I upload them to youtube and the video sucks... its quality sucks bad.... its grainy....blurry... just plain bad compared to the original videos taken...

Yes... I have googled this issue, but there is so many different things that come up saying all this different stuf could be the problem..... I'm not gona go through 50 different things- when I'm sure anyone else who just uploaded there first youtube vid had the same problem as me and had this issue and got it fixed some way...

I'm sure there is like a main issue that fixes this right?

1.) My computer is only like 2 years old.. dont think thats the issue
2.) Do yall think its the internet connection? I mean the videos still got uploaded and everything the quality is just so bad compared to the originals idk...
3.) The original videos taken are pretty good quality... but when they get uploaded to the youtube site , they are bad... cant even make out the peoples faces.
4.) These videos are short... less than 2-3 minutes, not sure if length has anything to do with it.
5.) The youtube customer service line I think is only robots or recordings so dont think thats gona help me....

This is no joke I will send you all my fg( over 500) if yall can fix this...

I would rather not give my channel link out for privacy purposes- as this is a generic problem-- its more of a general thing... I just dont see how there could be 50 different things that will give you this problem

Usually takes 5 minutes + after you upload a video, For it to pop up with different resolutions for playback.

This.

Normally after I upload a video it takes 30min-hour for the resolution options to slowly become available.

Sorry guys I guess I didn't clarify ummm, when I used my phone- it was for filming and recording videos- I didn't upload the video from my phone. I downloaded it to my comp , then put it on youtube from my computer , it was never done with my phone. The only thing I did with my phone was record the video, the quality is fine though on the phone ( iphone6) but when its on youtube the quality is completely horribly compared to the original...

Also On the time thing, I waited an entire day before viewing it again, and its still the same bad quality ...

Sorry if I confused anyone, thanks for the responses so far, still trying to figure this out

The codecs are causing your video to look worse once its uploaded

It's a common issue with all youtubers
