so i understand if i can do this, it would add alot of stress to my machine.
my roomates boyfriend recently moved in and he really likes video games, but hasnt played any recent titles (confusing right?!?!?) so i figured id be a nice fella and try and give him access to all my games, which works no problem with the steam stream, and honestly im at work 90 precent of the week, but some times were home together and it would be nice to get it set up to where we can both play at the same time. i would imagine since he only has a basic school laptop (i3, 4gb ram, 500gb hdd etc) he would want to avoid using his own steam acc and using family share to download the games. so my question is ; since my rig is easily powerful enough to run my games on what ever settings i want, and stream at the same time at 1080p, could i set up steam in a virtual machine and run his "streamed" game off the vm, while i continue on playing my game on my normal os? or would steam block it out ?
or is there an easier way to allow us both to play different games, off of my pc?
and sorry for the million questions but at point of stream would a scp ds3 tool for a gamepad have to be configured through my pc or his
