My girlfriend wants a gaming PC so she can play Sims 4 maxed while recording it to upload to youtube. She also would like to stream later down the road, she plays games like counterstrike and overwatch.She may dable into some popular games but as of right now her goal is to play Sims 4 + while recording to upload to youtube so she can commentate etc.

If anyone can help me or point me into the direction of where I can build a custom computer for this it would be great :)

Motherboard probably need bios flash and can't Multipler OC on that chipset. Otherwise solid.
