Having trouble with the keyboard not working.
Stuck at the startup repair/ restore screen but the key board don't work so I can hit the enter button, although it lights up when the computer is initially turned on.
Computer is a HP model p6501c

If it is frozen,? How would I unfreeze it?
I tried switching the come pins.... Nothing

Plug keyboard in after bios
