Looking to buy a new laptop, need some protection. Anything extra good out there?

Well thanks... this is pretty much a given. I'm going to be traveling a lot with the new laptop, that's why I want actual insurance. Any recommendations would be helpful. Anyone ever bought the newegg coverage? How about the amazon coverage? Ect.. I've already looked a few up was hoping someone has actually had to make a claim for a broken laptop for some clarity to point me in the right direction.

E/ is there a subforum for this type of stuff... i just figured the people who recommend builds would be familiar with insurance to go along with purchases.

Best Buy protection is expensive but will prettt much cover drops and spills etc.

I dont think this applies to damages that happen out of the home. This was my first thought thought.

Ok.. so we have best buy.. the geek squad insurance doesn't cover macs so that isn't an option
square trade -- this was one i looked into
newegg insurance -- also looked into this but has some pretty bad reviews
asurion -- i'll look into this.
