for 617$ can always expand the ram later should i go for 2x cpu or get a 4 cpu set?
right now i have 2x amd opterton 6276-50$ 16cores each-32 total 50$ for the set
32 gb dd3 1600 server ram-75$
3 gb amd fire pro-s9010-honestly dont know the specs i think it a dell oem variet cant find any specs on it besides that its 3 gb and its a legit card bc the ebay vendor had screenshots of it and i think its just a lower gb version of the fire pro s9000 series =130$
also evga dg-87 i like the case bc its big and i think ill need space especially if i decide to go with 4x cpu for all the coolers.

any thoughts i mainly wanna use it for game devlopement/programming/rendering maybe some server work too and lots of virtualization im gonna def add a ssd later and maybe a 4 tb hard drive
im currently using a compaq prescario with a nvidia 9800 gt with a 2.8 ghz processor cant even run a vmware of windows server i just kinda need a new system right now bc im gonna do lots of devlopment and lots of robotics and robots are just expensive as pcs outside of work i work in a meat plant but im trying to get some devlopment certifications so money is important to me or if you can find a great intel build lmk ive never tried anything like this i mainly use alot of visual studio/visual studio robotics/c#/c++ i do little bits of javascript but any suggestions would be appreciated.
i thought of getting used xeons because they have dual cpus options and dual gpu options amd doesnt have cross fire on the server boards
but amd was going to be the best bang for the buck i think this will be a fun project
/e budget is like 500-700$ i prefer 8+ cores but would like to get more cores if i need more processing power i can just make a new pc down the road and turn this one into a render farm.
