I was just checking chat to see why my package hasn't arrive yet. Then all of a sudden they offered a refund for the entire order credited back to my the gift card.. Kind of shocked me,

/e Could also be that it was cheaper in the long run to credit your account and give you the gift card, than deal with whether or not the shipping company ...screwed up.

Someone once hacked my account and somehow by complaining to customer care got them to refund my last 3 orders.

They tried to buy war craft keys and my acc was blocked. When I got it back the credit was still there so I bought a bunch of shit lol

Well ever since the major shipping companies decides to let the post office deliver for the last leg of the shipment....things have been somewhat weird.
