So, when I got home last night I found my H100i had leaked in my backup rig. There was coolant on the motherboard and onto the PSU. So, I took everything out and dried it off and then let it set overnight.

So, now when I plug the PSU back into the motherboard the power LED turns on and that's it. I tried jumping pin 16 and 17 on the PSU and all it does is click, Fan doesn't spin up, however, I'm not sure on an RM 1000 if it spins at start because of the thermal control. However, when I jump the same pins while attached to the motherboard it starts right up.

Jumping the power switch pins on the front header panel does nothing at all.

I haven't tried another PSU yet as it's a pain to get out of my other rig and I can easily go to best buy and get a cheap one to test it with.

Any ideas before I go to Best Buy and waste time and money?

I wouldnt touch it, Take pics etc & submit a warranty claim with corsair. They should replace everything it destroyed.

Update: after contacting Corsair I finally got a claim form from them. So, here's the issue I'm having. My motherboard is no longer available for purchase and the only place I've found it is from Amazon for $529.00. I believe I paid $329.00 for it back in 2012. However, the proof of purchase I have is the RMA return from Asus and not a normal receipt. Hopefully, they take it.

So, do I include the llink from Amazon for the replacement cost r just submit the original price for it?

Also, should I claim the CPU as I have no way to test it and it might have been damaged also?

You claim original cost or it will get declined. Have to get a a substitute board unfortunately or try ebay/craigslist.
Ask them about the cpu imo.
