Budget: Around 250 bucks I play overwatch, league and diablo mainly. Also other shooters.

Should I go like 1080p 144hz, 1440p or what please help I don't know what to do!!!

how about we start with what your gpu is...
not like you would even benefit from 144hz if your machines shit.
and if shit how you going to even power a 2k res monitor.

Shooters would benefit more from the 144hz

Top view games are nice with 1440p 'cuz extra screen space. Shows roughly 40% more area than 1080p

Bring your budget to $650-$800 and buy a ips, 1440p 144hz with gsync.
