malware bytes is probably detecting it but unable to remove it properly unless your in safe mode.
As for what you should be doing its a format, as Matt and ducky stated.

I never deal with viruses that require more than my basic antivirus. I always reformat.
My computer is running a little slow lately. Will be reformatting soon.
Change your passwords too
