I was on my pc and the it turned off. I tried to powrr on and it does but it does for 3sec and turn off again and that all time. Any idea?

PSU probably.
first try reseting bios and then boot with bare min (mobo/cpou/1 ram stick/gpu if no onboard gpu) and add one component at a time if it works.
