Just got my 1070
Current processor is the 8350e
How much will this processor impede my gaming?
I was going to the the 7700k but might end up waiting

Use a software to monitor your GPU and CPU load.
Something like Nzxt Cam 3.0 or MSI afterburner + Rivatuner.
If you CPU ever hits 100% and the GPU is lower than 100% you got yourself a bottleneck.
