So i just ordered a SSD from dell. it was $20 for a 250gb ssd.... lawl. might get canceled but fuck dell. they have pissed me off so much in the past

But also im wondering what sort of things do i need to hook up the SSD? i still want to use my 1 tb hdd for most things

It's pretty easy to hook up an SSD you just connect it to the motherboard and the power supply. Just look up a YouTube video on it for visuals. The SSD should come with the appropriate cables.

If you want your SSD to be your primary drive, you'll need to reformat. Basically either your SSD or your 1TB hard drive will be your boot drive. The other will be like a USB flash drive... just pure storage.
