At what ram % does it start affecting performance/fps?

ex: 50% 4 gb out of 8
50% 8 gb out of 16

75%?
90%?

Well, Windows usually starts throwing stuff on your SSD/HDD right before it fills, so 95%. And when you're at that point, you'll notice it from the absolute lockdown.

The answer is all of the above.

Windows 10 likes to close all your applications including your games, crash your GPU driver, reorganize your desktop, and force you to restart before your monitors are detected again when reaching 80%.

Source: Me. Don't know how many times I restart mid paragon session and Lee is always like, get rekt.

Edit:: If anyone knows how to tell windows to fuck off let me know. Apparently having 4gb of swap on my SSD doesn't change anything.
