Hi All

I have a computer that cost around $400 in parts my friend put together for me about 5 years ago - i believe it would of cost around $1000 to buy a similar computer already built, so I think it would still be good after 5 years

However over the past month it is extremely slow, I have tried other P.C's on my internet and they work just fine, though my connection is slightly up and down on this one.

I have deleted 800GB of stuff from my hard drive and defragged it but still extremely slow?

Is there any way to find out why?

thank you

Get SPECCY here: http://www.piriform.com/speccy/download

...Speccy is a really nice system hardware/temperature, information Utility.
...simply install it...and run the program...then post a screen shot of the main page of the program, when posting a problem/question on these forums.
