ok so i let my daughter go on youtube on my computer and now the mouse ( wheel ) wont scroll up or down

i have windows 8.1 and my mouse is the logitech g9x

have you tired to disconnecting it. uninstalling it and any software for it and reseting pc then reconnecting it?

also check the registry entry to see if its been disabled there.

i unplugged it and stuff

didnt reinstall program i have my settings saved and i cant even find them not sure i think from my old computer the settings were saved on my mouse

but i did try my other mouse and the wheel works perfectly fine

Reboot pc

the software fixed it
