Its in fairly good condition and my girlfriend wants a mac.

She plays d3, will it handle that?

I believe its the 16gb ram 500gb ssd and gt 750m model

It should probably handle Diablo three.

600 bucks sounds about right as well. Just depends if the condition is good and the battery is working. You need to be sure about the hardware as well.
