why is my screen doing this? it happens in games such as battlerite, arma 3 and league of legends.

i think the correct term is 'screen tear' ?

im not sure how to fix can some1 please help me figure this out>?

Have you tried wearing glasses to correct the blur issue?

text on screen is fine
think he is talking about teh game play gets blurry

yes thats what it looks like on my screen... its very blurry .. screen tear

That's not tearing. I'm not sure why your game down samples that badly.
