PSU not compatible.
Mobo has killer network, that's a hard stop for me on that board.
Would choose WD over Seagate any day
/E ohh and micro center has WD blacks on sale

fixed with the black for just a bit more. personally i enjoy seagate and western digital i dont really have a favourite usually go for reliability and failure rates and good deals.
nice on black sale xD you can go with the strix but evga is just as good and warranty pretty damn solid over asus i switched up the cpu cooler talt u could save a few bucks.

FYI don't get WD black they just make a fuck load of extra noise. They've combined green and blue into new blue best option

It will be a data drive. Should be fine. I'll check to see how much louder it ends up being before I buy it.
