so i had bought a samsung 40'' j6200 tv
http://www.samsung.com/us/televisions-home-theater/tvs/full-hd-tvs/led-j6200-series-smart-tv-40-class-40-0-diag-un40j6200afxza/
which specifies as 120 mr ..... the only problem is that the only inputs are hdmi and an analog component, and NEITHER TYPES OF CORDS SUPPORT 120 hz RIGHT?!?!?!
so is this a bottleneck in the design? or can i use a dual link dvi to hdmi adapter? or is the display just doing the extra scaling and the ending source? (the tv?) and i just dont know any better?

so my actual question is what cord/adapter can i use to achieve the 120 mr that is claimed? or am i forked?

120hz is a lie.
it uses software to generate the extra frames and claims 120.

you cant use a tv for a pc and expect good results.
There's a reason there priced so differently.
