I must have set a fast boot setting that disables USB until Windows login.

I did take 3 fans I had in a box and replace 3 fans in the computer.

I'll get one from my dad's house.

Depends on which fan it is.

If you have this problem only when you're playing games, then it's probably your processor or graphics fans. In that case, you might want to get better fans and possibly a new computer case??? Depends really.

Go to your Windows power button settings, it should have to option to disable Windows 10 fast startup.
