I was on my PC and it randomly shut off on me.
I rebooted it and for a Minute the menu to select how you want to start was there, but then the screens turned off/lost signal

My video card is a year old. I tried plugging my monitor (both one at a time) directly to the mobo to no avail

What could the issue be? Power supply? Ram? Mobo?

It turns on and the leds and fans turn on but no signal on the monitors.

Which CPU do you have?

Check the various cables that run to your monitor(s).
Take out the vid card, clean dust out of slot, re-seat vid card. Do the same for RAM.

If problem still exists, then I would suspect the power supply.



It would help to know what parts you have.

I took it all apart and cleaned it and reseated it all

it was the power supply.
