So when I turned my comp on today everything was going as usual when suddenly this error popped out and only thing Im able to do is press ctrl alt del to restart

I've googled it and the solution is supposed to be to run startup repair from windows installation disk which actually found an error and fixed it

But when I restarted same error ocurred again and it keeps popping out right before windows should start

Is there anything else I can do? Please help

The OS I have is windows 7 ultimate

Short version: A Repair Install might work.

But, just reinstalling Windows will work.
