Replaced motherboard.

Both were crossblade ranger fm2 boards.

First few boots fine. Been a few weeks. Turned it off. Now won't power up.

Tested ram, it's good. Dominator platinum.

Tested 2 psu. Corsair rm1000 and supernova 850. Both work in my 8 core rig.

Tested graphics card again. Sapphire r9 290x works.

Tested hardrives.

Any other ideas.

Tried loosing and tighting screws. Nothing.

It's on mb stands. It's watercooled no leaks.

After a few days with old mb it would turn on if I randomly hit the switch.

Sounds like a board issue.

The chances of the CPU being bad is highly unlikely

No lightning strikes or power outages.

Checked the cpu for spots and reapplied paste ect. So confused.

Well you checked the main one first which was the PSU

Unplug the 8 pin to the cpu and see if fans and stuff still come on

its not overclocked, sitting at original settings.

I have multiple computers, so I took items out placed in others and they work just fine.

there is power going to the system its just not responding to it for some reason.

even if the system somehow overclocked itself on shutdown last night through the start menu, it would have went to bios before hand and notified me.

The board is most likely dead bro. I mean you can try pulling the battery out of the board for a few minutes and try it again but it's not a bios issues.

RMA? Warranty? I can see you losing money on one board but not new one.

when the board went out it could have taken the cpu.
