just installed a new GPU. 2nd monitor is showing text with blue and orange tint behind certain characters.... supper annoying and hurting my eyes, does anyone have any tips on how to rid of this?

monitor is actually a old shitty DYNEX 22 inch TV, HDMI to DVI





any insight would be appreciated...

hdmi to dvi unfortunately.

Does the new GPU have native DVI output? If so, try that directly instead of using an adapter, or try DisplayPort-to-DVI.

Try it on another monitor. Discoloration is usually related to the monitor.
