I ordered a CPU cooler on 11/21 and selected the 4-7 day shipping method. It shipped 11/23. I kept my eye on it since it didn't arrive with all my other parts in just a few days. And by 11/27 it was in Illinois. The next two days it was scanned both days and still in Illinois... Since then (the 29th), there have been no more updates and I've called FedEx customer service twice. They both told me the same thing that it's SmartPost so it takes longer cause USPS has the final delivery. That doesn't explain anything though cause it sure seems like my package is lost in FedEx. There hasn't been an expected delivery date for days. If it shipped on the 23rd, then 7 business days from then is this Monday, the 5th. I don't see any way I'll get my CPU cooler by then. It's holding up my computer build and rebates... Does Newegg guarantee their shipping, regardless of the method you select? I feel like my next call should be to Newegg.

FedEx has problems sometimes. This new "switch to the Post Office" for local delivery, doesn't help.

I had them lose some fans I had ordered from Newegg. I called Newegg, and told them it was way late...and Newegg sent me new fans...no charge. I got the new fans really fast. Then about 3weeks later I finally got the original two fans. Called Newegg again, they said...just keep them.
I sent them back anyways.

One time I was RMAing a motherboard. Manufacturer sent me a prepaid FedEx label. The FedEx truck had an accident before they even left Pennsylvania. :/

You probably spent more of their money handling your fans they did not know they were receiving than the cost of the fans.

Congrats.

In Illinois it's common for it to sit in a warehouse for 2 days. Happens to me all the time.
