Unfortunately lots of the suggested monitors on here are not available for delivery to Canada.

I am looking for:
144 hz
G-sync
Under or around $500 CDN

These are the essentials including obviously the ability to be delivered here in Ontario

Why do you want gsync for 1080p?

I hear it helps tremendously with screen tearing and at least with my current monitors I cannot stand it but I also dont want to enable vsync.
Also with my 980 ti Hybrid it would work well

Better off just running vsync IMO.

Or just cap your framerate to 144. $300 premium for gsync for 1080p is meh. For that price, you might as well start thinking about 1440p/144hz.

with a 144 hz 1440p with vsync will I drop frames with a 980ti hybrid causing stutter say for Overwatch?

Specs are i7 6400k, 16 DDR4 Fury, 980ti hyrbid and a brand new ASUS Z170-A ATX DDR4 Motherboard

980 ti gets an avg of 141fps on overwatch @ 1440p

Just get the 1080p/144hz without gsync & cap your framerate @ 144.

It will eliminate pretty much all of your tearing & Save you a few hundred $$
