thats a trojan dropper it brings in the real malicious code which you apparently don't have yet.
I ran in safe mode (stupid of me not to do off the bat, forgot about it), ran MWB, got rid of the maleware, restarted, ran it again and it's not popping up anymore.
So looks like it is gone, I'm going to run eset's online scanner too and scan later in the day as well.
