Go into apple store and try the keyboard. Macbook keyboard is controversial. It feels almost like typing on touchscreen, but some people like it.

And air has much better cpu too.

If it's because you like the design. Please consider something like the asus zenbook. There is lots of aluminum notebooks out there with better performance for a better price.

Install linux on it and you have better performance (for the price) and better system.

Macbooks do have other things going for them, retina display, nvme ssd, 13 hours battery life, great touchpad (but airs don't have force touchpad iirc)

Op wont listen and expects 1.1 or 1.6 ghz mac to allow him to game and stream at same time.
Get more money OP and buy something better frm apple since you wont settle.
