Looking at getting a gtx 1060 today and upgrading my cpu/mobo come February next year. Will my cpu bottleneck a gtx 1060 3gb. Would a slight overclock help? Will be playing games like BF1, Ark Survival, Star Citizen.

OCing will help but not a lot.. the cpu is pretty weak

would it be worth just waiting and upgrading the gpu, cpu, and mobo all together in February?

That would be your best option. I mean you can do the GPU now if you plan on doing cpu/mobo/ram in feb
