looks like i can get this tv for $254

40 inch samsung 4k smart tv

ive seen the samsung tvs in person and they look amazing. samsung tv seem to have great picture quality in my experience. any1 have any other opinion on samsung tv?

also im looking to get a 40 inch to 55 inch, but dont want to spend more than $300. should i wait till after black friday? i think around january is when the real deals happen when stores are getting rid of their old stock, right?

also i have an old celio brand tv, thats like 3 or 4 years old, a 1080p led lcd tv, not a smart tv, and its off brand and pretty shitty. but its in perfect condition. i think its 40 inches. im hoping to sell it on craigslist for like $150 or $125. i hope i can get that much for it. i spent $300 on it 3 or 4 years ago.

yea it does seem like a great deal but im wondering if there may be better deals later on? obviously you cannot see the future. but im wondering if any1 remembers there being a trend towards having decent deals in january or sometime after black friday for TVs?

If you know how to replace capacitors on a regular basis, then by all means, buy a Samsung.

why do you say that?

the picture quality in most samsung TVs that i have seen is great, thats the only reason why i would get one

ok guys well i fking did it!

sort of.....

i got the 50 inch 4k samsung for $400! (with tax) , instead of the 40 inch 4k samsung for $250 without tax. so it was like a bit over $100 more for 10inches larger screen size

Samsung UN50KU6300 got this model. it was the last one in stock at my local store that opened at 6:00pm for their deals, and it was in store only deal. i walked in at 7:15pm and picked up the last one haha, the store clerk on the walkie talking shouted out over the walkie talkie, "hey guys, the last samsung 50 inch has been taken"

and i got a buyer interested in my older tv for $100. selling it with the wall mount too.... and its a 2013 celio 40 in tv thats just old

looks like this is an old problem with samsung tvs from 2012? should not be an issue anymore, i would hope.... since it looks like they were sued over it and it was a big deal. i just briefly looked it up
