Trying to get access to my pingpath through cmd.exe so i type = pathping europe.battle.net, that works fine (tho it shuts down after right end), but i need to safe it so i can send logs to blizzard, so i have to type : pathping europe.battle.net > c:\pathping.txt
But this results in a shutdown of the program and i dont get anything.

anyone can help me find my pathping?

tried to follow this guide : https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/496

Works for me.
Maybe you don't have write access to the root of your C: drive.

Create the folder test on C: (right click, properties, security, make sure your username has full control, if not click edit and set it)

Try

pathping europe.battle.net > c:\test\pathping.txt

Are you actually opening CMD first and running the pathping command there, or just running the pathping command from the Run dialog?
