Hi guys,
My ASUS S56C keeps freezing, running on windows 10. I don't know much about computers, but when I google my symptoms it says it's hard drive failure but I ran CrystalDiskInfo and it says driver status was good. I also ran something on windows command prompt thing and it says status was OK.
It'll load up like normal and work fine, but after a few minutes it'll stop responding - everything - even time freeze, but I can move the mouse, however I can't click anything. I tried the windows 10 restore tool however it takes too long and will freeze before it finishes doing what it needs to do.
Halp?
