rtings.com is a site where tvs are reviewed and rated in a variety of ways
lots of good info and even if you don't wanna delve too deep, you can brush over their stuff for a general idea

i just mentioned slickdeals cause of well, slick deals
can browse it quickly and/or setup a deal alert fulfilling your parameters
jet / amazon / bb / ebay / newegg, etc are all places you can do the same
and they all have mobile apps which makes it pretty handy
