Alright so I currently have an Asus VG248QE 144hz 1080p monitor. It came with a dual-link DVI-D cable, and that's what I use with my GTX 1070.
I am getting a Crossover 2795QHD monitor from someone for pretty cheap. It also uses dual-link DVI-D connection.
My MSI 1070 Armor only has 1 DVI port. Is there a splitter I can get that will allow me to use both monitors? Will it cause any issues with my 144hz 1080p monitor and my 96hz 1440p monitor?
In addition, is there a way to fix a "stuck" pixel? The Crossover I'm getting has a blue pixel stuck in the top left 1/9th.

Sometimes you can get rid of a stuck pixel, With light massage & displaying a changing color video for a few hours.

Hope so! Either way, those Crossovers are hard to find right now and I feel like $170 shipped is a hell of a deal.

That's actually what I ended up doing. I forgot that the VG248QE could be DP since it came with a DVI.
