Hi all,

I've recently decided to get back into gaming after a long break, I went out and bought a second hand Acer Laptop ( nothing special as most of the games I'm interested in playing are very low graphics ).

I dont have windows 10 installed as the company I bought the laptop cleaned anything but I thought this was a good thing as I know there are some issues with Windows 10 and games.

Anyways I'm here trying to play a new copy of Age of Empires 3, the second I load it i get an error message'' The MP3 Deocder cannot be found on this PC. It is required for sound Playback, please check with MS support for more options. ''
Anyways I skip that and click run the game without. I get maybe 5 seconds into the game and another error appears '' The programme cant start because MF.PLATT is missing from your computer ''

Can somebody please help me install the two things and get this old classic running?

Ideally as im shit with PC's id love for somebody to come on skype and take over the PC and help me out with it as I know you can control the computer. I'm willing to buy some FG and send it to whoever can help!

AOE3 has issues with pretty much all newer OS's.

Could run it in a virtual machine.
