paying all my fg for a WORKING fix

i've tried everything that I saw on google and it didn't do anything

Prior to switching to comcast the connection was strong? New modem/router?

This is roughly the timeline:

Moved to new place, signed up for comcast.

Internet is perfect for 3 weeks

These issues occur out of nowhere, and persist for 2.5 months. Changed my modem once in this time, didn't fix.

One day, I completely lose internet for a day and I am on the phone with a comcast support on the phone for 3 hours, my internet miraculously comes back on. After that point, my internet becomes perfect again for 3 weeks straight

3 nights ago, the exact same packet loss issues come back. I changed my modem yesterday.

i've called comcast support about 20 times ever since these problems occurred...

Speedtest results always show good results. Doesn't have any indication of how unstable my connection actually is, as can be seen in this video.

Tell me one last thing, does the packet loss seem worse during the day?

nope. that is what I thought too, perhaps because I live in a city, the internet traffic might be a factor, but it wasn't. I get these packet loss regardless of whether I play late at night or during the day. And funnily enough, you can see other people typing and other people moving and stuff, I just can't move myself. This makes me think there's only an issue with outgoing packets.

If that doesn't do it then there is something causing interference most likely in your house/area. Do you have any splitters or anything on the coax?

Also try straight connection from the modem to rule out the router.
