Does the Matchmaking in BF1 work off the out of game server browser shit (battlelog) or is it all in game?

I googled it on my phone and couldn't get a clear answer.

I like it so far, Gives a fresh feeling from the typical modern shooter.

Havent played a whole ton of Multiplayer yet, But finished the campaign

I know nothing about the campaign but I imagine it was quite good. I hope BF1 multiplayer is as good as 3 was. I barely played 4 and never played the cops and robbers shit.

I liked bf3 a lot, didnt play 4 much.

So far i like 1 better than 3
