So last week my computer randomly restarted I noticed my GPU was running hot so I cleaned it out real good and set my fan speeds up higher than normal anyways yesterday my computer restarted randomly and wouldn't boot Windows I tried to do a recovery but it failed, I noticed during all of this that the screen was pixelated.. I ended up installing a fresh windows but everything in the background and the icons now looks pixelated? What could this be memory issues? Or GPU failure?
