Is there any way to dissociate Mouse4 with the Back function?

I want to keep my mouse4 just as mouse4, but not Back. In the Logitech software if I "unassign" mouse4 it just turns it into a dead button that I can't bind to push-to-talk in games or Discord. In the dropdown menu of things I can assign it to, there is no mouse4 option or anything, I have to set it to "Back" if I want it to be mouse4.

My temporary solution has been to bind my mouse4 button to scrolllock, the most useless button on my keyboard, but there's gotta be a better way
