Just got everything setup and followed user guides and instructions. Computer won't boot up and I have switched the power sw cable around many times and nothing. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Also yes I have both the CPU and motherboard power cables connected from psu to mb and it's plugged in.

The RAM should be in the 2nd and the 4th slot, counting away from the CPU.

Removing the CMOS battery and replacing it, to clear the BIOS...MAY help.

Does anything at all come on? The fans...anything?

The nickle sized battery on your motherboard. It's probably underneath the vid card. The CMOS battery, is just a regular battery, that lets the BIOS remember it's settings, even when the computer is off.

/e But if nothing comes on...it's probably something other than a wacky BIOS setting.
