Well my girlfriend updated her macbook pro mid2013. After the update the OS got corrupted and wouldn't get through boot sequence.

What I've done:
So i had to format the drive and tried to reinstall in the MAC utilities. But I got an error without any number 4 times under the install.
I then tried to format the HDD on my PC with TransMac. Make a bootable MAC OS on USB. And then trying to install it again on the macbook. That didn't work either.
I put it in my machine again, put some NTFS and error checked the disk. It has no errors.
I put it in the macbook again. and this time I made an bootable windows 10 USB. after i choose the HDD partition i wanna install it on i get this code after it loading for like 30minutes: 0x8007045D

Would it be possible:
The last thing I would like to try. Is somehow installing windows 10 on the HDD from on my PC. and then put it on the macbook again, and see it it would actually work with a windows 10 installed from a secondary PC.

She don't care if its MAC OS X or Windows 10 getting installed. As long it works.

I did format like 6 months ago. From the MAC utilities without any trouble. But after she tried updating to MAC sierra her whole Macbook seems corrupted.

I was able to install OS through USB instead of internal.
After the install I put the hdd internal again. And used an health check program. The problem was CRC errors. So the problem is between the motherboard and hdd.

It's able to run now, but kinda slow because loss of data once in a while. Can't update the OS either because it might corrupt it under the install.

I've order a new hdd internal cable for the MacBook.

I read the cable getting wear down is very very common. I kinda think it's on purpose from apples side.
The cable is very poorly insulated and touches the metal case directly. Gonna use some electrical tape to prevent this happing in the future.

Mostly like gonna buy her an ssd soon might as well upgrade it from that slow 5400rpm hdd.
