I have two monitors, I can open a stream on my main monitor at 1080p 60fps and there is no lag at all, no stutter and the quality is great. However, if I just drag that same window to my second monitor it wont run smoothly and will stutter unless if i drop the quality down to 720p 30fps. My internet shouldnt be an issue with this as I have 100down/10-15 up. How can I fix this, if I can?

what are the specs/models of your monitors? different refresh rates? try switching the cords around from the output of your gfx card and see if it still happens or if it then starts happening to the main monitor

Have you tried multiple streams?
Could just be an issue with the system you're watching.
Maybe they have poopy upload.

Check refresh rate on monitor #2. Some strangeness could have occurred. Set it to 60 Hz if it's not that.
