So I work at a company that has software that is only executeable using IE 9+ with the Silverlight plugin.
The software also requires a few settings in IE to be set, the one in particulare I am having problems with is
Quote
Internet Options > Security > Internet+Trusted Sites > Custom Level > Display Mixed Content > Enable.

This resets every time the PC is restarted, updated or just randomly aswell.

The PC's we use are running W10 but we are not using Microsoft Edge, just the normal IE 11.

I've tried disabling the option to Reset IE Settings but to no avail.

I've contacted the software provider for a solution but from experience it's going to take a while for them to reply nothing of use.

That setting is probably set through an AD GPO, hence why its set resets back

So, every user is set in different OU's in AD. Each OU has pre set group policies which are loaded on at each logon.

I believe the OU have some GPO's that sets this setting.
